# The Forerunners oversee all of MGD
# The Forerunners are responsible for all issues affecting MGD as a whole.
# The Forerunners are identified by the initials “XV” at the end of one’s gamer tag (e.g. “MGD SAMPLE XV”)

# Division Commanders assist the Forerunners in overseeing MGD and various administrative matters within MGD
# Division Commanders oversees and helps all MGD Regiment Commanders.
# Division Commanders are identified by the initials “DC” at the end of one’s gamer tag (e.g. “MGD SAMPLE DC”

* Regiment Commanders oversee one to six UGE Battalions.*
* Regiment Commanders have the power to promote and demote Colonels within their regiment and permanently remove anyone from their regiment.
* Regiment Commanders are identified by the initials “UGE” at the end of their gamer tag (e.g. “MGD SAMPLE RC”).

* Each Colonel runs one(1) MGD Battalion. A battalion can include up to two(2) platoons with one (1) to three(3) companies in each platoon.
* Colonels have the ability to promote and/or demote Majors and Captains in their battalion.
* Colonels also have the ability to discipline or remove any member from there battalion.
* Colonels have the power and must approve MGD gamer tags for eligible members in their battalion.
*Colonels must hold regular battalion meetings and update their battalion list every week
*Colonels must attend the weekly colonels meeting or find a suitable replacement to represent the battalion
* Keep weekly Member of the week updated

* Each MGD Battalion can have one (1) to three (3) Majors.
* A Major helps his or her Colonel with the day-to-day operations of their battalion, including submission of battalion lists and participation in community events/meetings.
* Each Major oversees one (1) UGE Platoon.**

[i]* Each Captain runs up to two (2) UGE Companies in his or her Platoon.***
* A Captain has the ability to promote and/or demote members in his or her Platoon.
*Each captain should hold regular Platoon meetings
*Each captain should keep their Platoon lists updated weekly

Each UGE Platoon may include up to two (2) Lieutenants, one Lieutenant per Company.
* Each Lieutenant helps the Captain in the day-to-day operations of his or her ___ Platoon.
*Each Lieutenant is responsible for over seeing their Company.

*Each UGE Company is ran by (1) Master Sergeants
*Each MS is responsible to operate day-to-day operations in their Company.
*Each MS is also responsible for training the lower ranks in UGE procedures
*Each MS must keep their Company lists updated weekly
*Each MS has the ability to promote and/or demote members in his or her Company.

* Each UGE Company may include one (1) to three (3) Sergeants.
* Each Sergeant helps with the training of his or her UGE Company members and with integration of new Recruits.
*To attain this rank, a member must have posted in the forums at least 60 times

*To attain this rank, a member must have posted in the forums at least 40 times
* Each UGE Company may include up to four (4) Corporals.
* A Corporal's primary task is to assist the Sergeants and help new Recruits in his or her Company.

*To attain this rank, a member must have posted in the forums at least 30 times
*Each PFC is responsible for helping to train the lower ranks in UGE procedures.
*PFCs need to also assist the corporals.
*PFCs need to be proficient with the UGE rank structure and honor code

*To attain the rank of private, a member must have posted at least 20 times OR have been in UGE for a least five (5) days
*They must learn the RGC rank structure and Honor code.

* A Recruit is someone who has expressed an interest in joining MGD.
* Each Recruit is encouraged to use his or her time as a Recruit to learn about MGD and get to know its members.

STAFF

* Each Staff member is selected by the Forerunners to serve MGD as a whole in various administrative and technical aspects.
